Devop Clan Tournament.

Devop is hosting a Clan tournament with prizes of cash thanks to the sponsorship of Sharp. Sharp has kindly donated $1000 aust to the tournament and only has one request, that we get at least 45 members by the end of it. The tournament will be held in about two - three months time. So untill then Devop will be having Training every weekend untill the event. Devop will be entering the tournament. The full details have not been decided on yet but i will post them asap.

Well, im in for it, is it just CS:S comps or TF2 aswell?

its just TF2 i think Atm but im thinking of setting up an income for Devop clan and using it to hold more tournaments.

Ideas:

Sudden Death so when you die your out and its 1 v 1 in the clans regardless of how many players they have last clan standing wins.
3 rounds per map and 3 maps per round.
best out of those three rounds wins
time limit per round set at 10 miutes.(30 minute time limit per map)
round robin compition style.
we are going to need a server mod to update the clans scores to the website and we are going to need to limit all scripts.

Untill then can people please refer any freinds that play to this site and tell them to register and can you do the same for anybody in any game that wants to join a clan or is in a clan and wants to participate in the tournament.

The money isnt split.. If you come 2nd you fail.. The only prize is first prize dude.

lol my bad spelling isnt my strong point. i agree with the site idea and the tournament style but i would like to know your feelings towards the one life idea as most tournaments have multiple lives and then your score goes towards your clan and then the clans scores are tallied. But i think the easest way would be to have the last person standing scores the most points but bear in mind the plugin that limits the amount of useres per class as this will limit the amount of engies so camping wont be much of an issue.

Can someone find me a server host that ISNT bigpond and is located in Australia?
