A good scout counter is somthing like a pyro or a soldier as you can use spray and splash tactics.
But try to stay away from the heavy's and snipers if your going scout hunting as they are two of the hardest.

you need skill to kill a good scout as heavy. only people with my kind of leet skill can do it lol
